Please speak to staff at the registration desk if you require any assistance. The registration desk will be in the pre-function area and open during the following times:
Wednesday 16 September: 11.00 - 17.00
Thursday 17 September: 07.45 - 17.00
Friday 18 September: 08.00 - 16.30
You will be provided with a name badge at the registration desk upon arrival at the conference. Please wear this badge for the duration of the conference including during the social functions if you are attending.
Please ensure your electronic devices (mobile phone, laptop, iPad, etc.) are in silent mode or switched off during conference sessions.
A light lunch and afternoon tea will be provided on the first day of the conference; morning tea, lunch and afternoon will be provided on the second day; and morning tea only will be provided on the last day. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided on all conference days. If you have notified the organisers of any dietary requirements you have, please make yourself known to a venue staff member at catering times.
Dietary Requirements / Allergens Please note that some dishes may contain traces of allergens that could impact attendees with food related allergies. Please ensure you carry required medicines/EpiPen for any food allergies you may have.
